Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date (as shown in your shipping tracking). Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging, with all protective wraps intact
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

To keep our prices accessible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds cover the full product price only—original shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
